These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Clawhouse, a product of Clawhouse LLC ("Clawhouse LLC," "we," "us," or "our"), accessible at clawhouse.ai (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Clawhouse. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, API keys, and PIN. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Clawhouse provides managed hosting for OpenClaw AI assistants. The Service includes:
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
Your account is subject to usage quotas as displayed in your dashboard. We may adjust quotas at our discretion. Exceeding your quota may result in service limitations until the quota resets.
API keys are for your use only. Do not share API keys or embed them in client-side code. You may revoke and regenerate keys at any time from the dashboard. We are not responsible for unauthorized use of compromised API keys.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Clawhouse, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.
Clawhouse and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Clawhouse LLC. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clawhouse LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
